Litigation fees
Unless agreed otherwise, items of work within litigation will be charged in line with Schedule 4 of the Sheriff Court Table of Fees or on a time and line basis, whichever is greater.
We will confirm the scope of work, VAT and any outlays in your written quotation or terms of engagement.
